Julie C. Rogers was born in Santa Fe, NM. That New Mexico upbringing has left her with a deep love of the Southwest, its peoples, and its rugged and dramatic mountians. She currently lives in a mountian community of ranchers and miners that is still untouched by the crime and distress of a hugh city in the valley below. Julie has two sons; Mike Rogers of Marlboro, Mass and James Boney of Tuscon, AZ.
Along with her work for I Do Sell Chemicals, Inc. and A Brite Co., Julie operates a consulting business in Peeples Valley, AZ. (Near Phoenix). She is offering assistance in EPCRA (Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know) compliance for companies using or storing Haz/Met chemicals, Industrial Fire Code and Fire Prevention, Air and Water Quality Protection.
Julie has worked in the chemical processing industry for over 30 years. Her professional background includes 20 plus years in the printed circuit board manufacturing systems, managing a Plating shop in a manquiladora facility, many hazardous materials clean-ups, and ownership of a zinc plating facility. She has served as an officer of the Tucson Branch of AESF, the Phonix Branch of AESF, RCRA/EPCRA committee, AESF's Golden West Regional Conference Committee, Decorative and Functional Finishing committee, Hard Chrome Plating committee. and as Sectretary/Treasure of the NAMF Affiliated Southwestern Association of Metal Finishers.
Her hobbies include art, music, horses and the promotion of her belief in kind and humane treatment of all animals.
